Can you introduce yourself and your blog? When did you start it and why?
Hi, I am Isis Tomie, 29 years old. I live in São Paulo, Brazil. I started my blog back in 2014 to talk about themes that interest me, my main focus was always on showcasing original styles of socks and pantyhose but I also like to create articles about beauty and make-up.
If you had to describe your style how would you do it?
I have an alternative minimalist style and I don’t follow trends that much. I like to use darker or monochromatic pieces to highlight my colorful legwear.
Tenho um estilo alternativo minimalista, ou seja, não sigo as tendências. Gosto de mais peças escuras ou monocromáticas, para que as meias e meias-calças fiquem evidentes.
When you’re putting together your outfits where do you normally get your inspiration from?
I like the pin-up, goth and kawaii style a lot. These are my main inspirations but I don’t dress exactly like them.

Do you consider yourself to be a trendsetter?
I think I’m still far away from being able to consider myself a “trendsetter” but maybe one day!

Do you receive mails from fans of your blog asking you for style tips? What’s the main advice that you normally give them?
I don’t usually get those kinds of requests. My advice to everyone that says “oh, I don’t know how to wear that” is that they should go ahead and try it anyway without any inhibitions as long as it makes them feel good about themselves.
Não costumo receber esse tipo de pergunta. O conselho que eu digo para todos que falam “não sei usar isso” é para que usem sim, sem medo e use sempre algo que seja bom para si mesmo!
What are some of your favorite hosiery brands and shops?
LegAvenue, Virivee, Zohara Tights and Forever 21.
What was the priciest legwear item you’ve ever bought and how would you review it?
I really can’t say. Most of the pantyhose that I have were bought by my mother when she traveled abroad and given to me as a gift.

What was the last pair of pantyhose/leggings you bought and what’s special about them?
The last pantyhose that I bought was a lace pair from HUE. Since the fishnet pantyhose are trendy these days I wanted to try one of those myself since I didn’t have any. Unfortunately I made a mistake and ended up buying these lace pantyhose instead.
Foi uma meia-calça rendada da HUE. Como as meias arrastão estão na moda, queria uma também, pois é uma meia que não tenho. Porém, me enganei e comprei uma meia rendada e não arrastão.
Walk us through your legwear drawer, what are some of your favorite legwear items and why?
Gradient pantyhose, colorful pantyhose and tattooed styles! They are the ones that create the most impact when I use them so they’re my favorites!
Meias degradês, meias coloridas e meias que parecem tatuagem! São as que mais causam impacto quando uso, por isso são as minhas favoritas!
What do you think is going to be the next big trend in the legwear universe?
Velvet textured pantyhose, maybe! 🙂
What is your favorite article on our website and why?
I like the article 7 Best Pantyhose Review YouTube Video Channels because it inspires me to create more content for my Youtube channel! In Brazil we still don’t have any specific channels about socks and pantyhose!
