All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not offered on any item.

Every piece here is one-of-a-kind and previously loved, not restockable inventory, so condition is described as accurately as possible on every listing before you buy, whether that's "new with tags" or "previously worn, very good condition." Please read the listing carefully and ask questions before purchasing.

Purchases are completed on Vinted, not on this site. Vinted's own Buyer Protection, which covers cases like an order never arriving, applies to transactions on their platform independently of this policy; see Vinted's Help Center for how that works.
